Training
TRAC Psychological develops bespoke training packages for organisations, including the NHS and third sector, that are tailored to the client’s needs. We offer a full service which can include consultation, and surveying staff and/or service users. We also design outcome targets to enable progress to be assessed and to facilitate evaluation.
Evaluations
TRAC Psychological conducts evaluations of training and intervention programmes for organisations, from designing an evaluation framework to collecting data, conducting analysis and reporting. Professor Nicola Graham-Kevan is an experienced researcher who has conducted evaluations for Combined Authorities, Police and Crime Commissioners, the NHS and third sector charities. We also offer advice to organisations regarding what outcomes they can use and how to collect and process data so that it can analysed.
