About Us

TRAC Psychological was established in 2010, by Professor Nicola Graham-Kevan and Mr Matthew Russell. Our reputation has been built on high quality evidence-based interventions, training and consultancy.

TRAC design and deliver effective behaviour change programmes, based on the most up to date research, for a range of statutory and third sector organisations. Our programmes are updated regularly to reflect emerging evidence to ensure that they target core client need factors in a responsive and engaging way.

Our training uses a range of delivery modes, including videos, exercises and discussion, so that it is engaging and informative. TRAC delivers both off the shelf packages designed in-house as well as bespoke and tailored training to meet individual and organisational needs.
