Since 2012, TRAC Psychological has been designing and delivering behaviour change and emotional management programmes and training for clients within the criminal justice, social care and education sectors.

TRAC’s flagship programme for adults is Inner Strength; a series of domestic abuse perpetrator interventions for men and women who want help to manage conflict, coercive control or aggression, and its sister programme; Inner Peace for victims.

Understanding Self and Others (USO) is an innovative evidence-based intervention  for children. This flexible programme is designed to build and enhance resilience, emotional management, and effective coping, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills in schools.

Strength Inside and Out: Parents in prison. TRAC Psychological deliver trauma-informed parenting programmes which combine knowledge of the empirically supported treatment needs of vulnerable parents with responsive therapeutic techniques.
